Earn Points as You Go to Change Your Habits
Each day you'll earn points for completing each of the 5 FitStart habits...
Nutrition - eat your suggested daily meals quantities, portions, and in proper balance
Exercise - be active for 15-minutes per day with a minimum of two 45-minute strength training workouts weekly
Hydration - drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day
Sleep - select a duration that leaves you feeling rested and ready for success (we recommend at least 7 hours)
Mindset - journaling to reflect upon your daily habits to identify positives and areas to improve
The Team with the Most Points Wins
It's simple, the team that finds creative ways to hold each other accountable to produce weight-loss results will win the game. Those who recognize it's not just a 5-week challenge will learn the long term lifestyle game.
5 FitStart Habits
The Challenge has 35-days and each day you can earn up to 5 points, one from each FitStart Habit. Those who embrace these habits will see the best results.
Nutrition: Eat your blocks to earn 1 point
Exercise: 30 minutes of daily exercise with at least twice per week having resistance training (Bootcamp counts here) to earn 1 point
Hydration: Drink half your body weight in ounces to earn 1 point
Sleep: Sleep at least 7 hours to earn 1 point
Mindset: Complete your daily journal entry to earn 1 point
Team Weigh-in Results
Each week you'll weigh-in with your team of 12 people for a chance to earn up to 240 points total.
Attendance: Show up at the designated team weigh-in time and earn 10 points
Team's Results: Team with the top weight-loss results for the week gets 120 points. The teams will be stacked in order of most to least weight-loss and earn 110, 100, 90, etc.
Each team will be built by our Coaches to ensure a level playing field of weight loss potential. May the best team win!

Initial Evaluation - includes measurements, body fat analysis, weigh-in during open walk-in hours from Jan 29th - Feb 2nd (Mon - Thurs 6:00am - 7:30pm & Fri 6:00am to 6:30pm)
Initial Orientation - Friday, Feb 9th at 5:30pm you'll receive your individually built program and learn how to get started with the FitStart Challenge. Get fired up to for an awesome experience led by our nutrition coach and owner.
Weekly Team Weigh-in Party - NEW to the FitStart Challenge, we're hosting weekly Team weigh-ins to ensure you're held accountable and have a blast doing it. These will be held at 7:00am each Saturday and alternate options include 6:00am to 8:30pm Thursdays and Friday. (this NEW weekly team weigh-in is designed with your results in mind--no more skipping weigh-ins!)
