Background:
My name is Anjelica but everyone's called me Jelly! Training is my passion because it's always been in my nature to try to encourage people to be the best version of themselves.
It started when I was growing up in team sports when I was voted Most Encouraging and Most Enthusiastic on literally every team I joined. I've been a certified personal trainer here at GoTimeTraining since 2017 and have added several certifications to my name in an effort to be the best trainer possible. I am now certified as a women's coaching specialist as well as a health coach!
These certifications allow me to help women train through every phase of life, including pregnancy and menopause. As a health coach, I specialize in behavior change so that together, we can explore ways to make this healthy lifestyle journey fit into the life we HAVE, not the one we're trying to achieve.

I love GoTime because we are trying to help people live their best lives! For some people that means losing weight and feeling confident in their own skin and for others it means moving without pain! I love that we are qualified to meet so many specific needs and make people feel safe.
Special Interests:
Recently took up judo and jiu-jitsu which I practice 5 days per week and I like to paddle-board on area lakes on the weekends!
Fun Fact:
I can quote the Harry Potter movies word for word and have read the series beginning to end once per year, every year for 10 years.
