Wichita Personal training and personalized fitness coaching includes individual functional movement assessment, strength training and nutrition program design, and supportive coaching every step of the way.
Personal training for half the price with up to 6 in a group. You don’t need your own group and you can book any session time week-to-week. Includes monthly assessments and your workouts are adjusted to your individual fitness level. Over 30 weekly time options to schedule.
