Our monthly personal assessments ensures each client receives a strength training program according to their abilities and limitations all while avoiding injury and progressing them as fast as possible. And, who doesn’t want to save money and be motivated in a small group setting?

GoTimeTraining believes that this form of small group training is the best way to provide results in a safe, timely, and effective manner. Join the program at any time and book into sessions that best fit your schedule.
  • Up To 6 Clients Per Training Session

    No need for your own group. Sign into any training session offered throughout the week during early morning, mid-morning, after work, and weekend times.

  • Choose 8 or 12 Visits Monthly

    Clients need options and flexibility so you can pick from 8 or 12 sessions per month. Each month you'll get up to 35-days to use your sessions so you’ll get an extra week each month for travel and vacations.

  • Initial Assessment

    Each client receives a 30-minute movement and measurement assessment before they can attend sessions. We even have options for you to be privately coached in our nutrition programs where clients have changed their lives forever.

  • Bi-Monthly Follow-up Assessments

    Be motivated by your results with a bi-monthly reassessment to see improvements in body fat percentage, measurements, and body weight. We’ll ensure you’re reaching your goals with personal accountability.
