Sessions are coached by our Wichita personal trainers in groups of 15-18. Our focus will be proper form for strength training and those of all fitness levels will find this to be a great long term fitness program. Yes, even if you're a beginner or have injuries, we can accommodate your needs.

Bootcamp sessions include core training, strength training, and conditioning using non-traditional gym equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, suspension training systems, medicine balls, sandbells, sleds, and battling ropes.

Each Bootcamp is a full-body workout with options to attend 2 through unlimited sessions per week with affordable monthly prices. Become accountable and join our #Transform500 mission for early morning, after work, and weekend Bootcamp sessions.
  • Affordable Monthly Options

    After your first free session, we have options to accommodate any budget with monthly automatic billing.

  • Accountability

    Register for 2 to unlimited weekly sessions to finally hold you accountable to a workout routine. No more guessing what to do when you get the gym as we’ve got it all taken care of.

  • Flexible Schedule

    Fit your workouts in where it’s best for you. Each session is 60-minutes with options to attend early morning, lunch time on Friday, after work, or weekend mornings. Register online or using our mobile app, MindBody. Outside of the 24-hour cancellation window, feel free to adjust which sessions you choose to attend.

  • Expert Coaching

    Do you question what to do at the gym and typically end up on the treadmill? Our personal trainers will teach you proper form and ensure you have the best hour of your day while visiting GoTimeTraining. Join us if your new to fitness or well experienced and simply want a proven and long lasting training program.

Bootcamp Schedule

  • Monday: 5:00am, 5:30pm
  • Tuesday: 5:00am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
  • Wednesday: 5:00am, 6:00am, 5:30pm 6:30pm
  • Thursday: 5:00am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
  • Friday: 5:00am, 12:00pm, 5:30pm
  • Saturday: 7:30am, 8:30am
  • Sunday: 10:00am

Session times are subject to change periodically and can be viewed here online.
